We are currently only shipping within Australia as this is all we can service at the moment. You should expect 2-8 Business days for delivery of products and free shipping over orders of $130 or more.

Express shipping is available for 2-4 Business days.

At Sowell, we accept returns for store credit in the form of a digital gift card, except for sale items. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Store credit does not cover original shipping fees. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at info@sowell.store.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Full-price items purchased just before a sale are not eligible for price adjustments or returns based on the new sale price.

We only accept returns via shipping/mail—no in-person returns. Email info@sowell.store for return instructions. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customers, and returns will only be accepted up to 7 days after purchase.

Sowell cannot offer refunds and is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
